Holding clients accountable for their business building activities is crucial to their continued success.

We have developed a comprehensive program to track all Business Building Activities that generate meetings.  We collect their stats, review them and use them as a coaching tool for our 1-on-1 calls.  We produce monthly reports that hold our clients accountable to allocating the appropriate amount of time to the prospecting required to build their business.

We have found substantial differences between self-reported stats and stats gathered in a 1-on-1 coach call.
