Coach Willa

Willa Schecter
With over 20 years experience in Sales, Sales Training, and Sales Coaching, Willa brings with her comprehensive, hands on understanding of Prospecting and Sales.

Willa has been working with several of the largest financial institutions in Canada for the past 5 years; coaching and supporting over 500 Advisors in growing their businesses. She assists Advisors in defining their unique selling style, creating and practicing new approaches that support the Advisor in achieving and surpassing their business building goals.

She created and facilitated a sales workshop and in-field coaching model for a major Canadian bank, delivering it to over 1,000 employees across Canada over a two-year period.

Willa is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute, one of the four accredited coach training schools in Canada, and is continuing her coach training with a focus on ontological coaching. Willa sat on the Board of Directors for The International Coach Federation, Toronto Chapter for 7 years.

As a trained coach and facilitator, Sophie trains and develops participants in essential skills using interactive learning techniques to empower and enable them to elevate their performance in prospecting, sales and leadership.

Sophie has had the privilege of working with C-level executives, entrepreneurs, managers and sales professionals across numerous industries.

Sophie is an Executive Coach with 7 years experience in transformational training and development. She has delivered programs in generative communication, communication & access to power, communication & performance, generous listening, leadership, creating new futures, transforming culture, building structures, ontological coaching, leadership coaching and has formal coach training from the Newfield Coach Training program.
