Coach Willa

Willa Schecter
With over 20 years experience in Sales, Sales Training, and Sales Coaching, Willa brings with her comprehensive, hands on understanding of Prospecting.

Willa has been working with the largest firms in Canada for the past 3 years; coaching and supporting over 350 Advisors in growing their businesses. She assists Advisors in defining their unique selling style, creating and practicing new approaches that support the Advisor in achieving and surpassing their goals.

She created and facilitated a sales workshop for a major Canadian bank, delivering it to over 1,000 employees across Canada over a two-year period.

Willa created and executed an in-field coaching model to support the banking associates in incorporating the workshop learnings into their day-to-day work life.

She consistently ranked in the top 5% of the national sales force for AT&T, and recruited and managed a sales force, which grew revenues over 300% for a mid-sized Trade Show company.

Willa is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute, one of the four accredited coach training schools in Canada, and is completing her post-graduate accreditation. Willa sat on the Board of Directors for The International Coach Federation, Toronto Chapter for 7 years.

Sophie Boyko

Sophie Boyko
Sophie Boyko represents the essence of entrepreneurship in Canada. Since the young age of 10, she has involved herself in ventures including sales, franchise ownership, management and sales training and co-founded a successful retail service business. As well, Sophie has trained and coached various companies, entrepreneurs and individuals in sales, leadership and customer service.

Sophie’s experience includes; the entire sales process, writing business plans, securing financing, creating and implemented business growth strategies, creating operations and sales budgets including compensation plans, developing and implementing training infrastructure, performance objectives and measurement criteria, management protocols & reporting processes. She has also written Operations and Sales Manuals including scripts from answering calls to winning consultations to presenting and closing sales.

As a speaker and facilitator, Sophie trains and develops participants in essential skills using interactive learning techniques to empower and enable them to elevate their performance in sales, leadership and customer service. Sophie’s training includes; prospecting, qualifying, needs analysis, presenting solutions, overcoming objections, closing and negotiating.
